Matic is the quietest floor cleaning robot on the market. At only 55dB while vacuuming, Matic is quieter than a human conversation (61dB) and significantly quieter than other robotic vacuums (~65dB) or manual upright vacuums (~80dB).

Matic’s even quieter while mopping at a sound level of 52dB, and you will barely hear Matic while it patrols at only 50dB.

With a full battery, Matic can complete 2.5 hours of vacuuming or 3 hours of mopping. When its battery is low, Matic will automatically return to the dock, charge, then resume cleaning where it left off.

Yes! You can easily add and edit multiple cleaning schedules in the Matic app. You can even schedule it to clean specific rooms or frequently messy areas that you’ve highlighted on the map.

Yes! When you move Matic to a new floor, it will map that level. When you bring it back to any floor, it auto-recognizes the environment and loads the correct map. Matic can’t climb stairs, so many customers purchase a dock for each floor so it can return to a charger after cleaning.

Matic does not officially support ramps. While we have tested it on ramps with slopes under 18° and have seen that it can sometimes climb them, this hasn’t been a focus of our development or testing. Because of that, we can’t guarantee reliable performance on a ramp.

Yes, Matic uses infrared lights to navigate and clean in low-light conditions and is quiet enough to operate at night without disturbing your family.

During every mopping session, Matic applies clean water to the mop roll while the mop wringer squeezes dirty water into Matic’s HEPA bag, where antimicrobial powder helps gel liquids and prevent odors. After each clean, the mop roll is left only lightly damp.

The water tank holds 600mL, enough to mop 1,300 square feet. Refill frequency will vary based on your usage.

The HEPA bag is designed to hold about a week’s worth of debris with daily vacuuming and mopping. Replacement frequency will vary based on your usage.

The self-cleaning mop roll may need to be replaced every 1-3 months. The tangle-free brush roll may need to be replaced every 5 months. Replacement frequency will depend on your usage.

With Matic, your audio and video data never leaves your home. Matic's intelligence is localized on the device, and it never sends any of your data to the cloud for processing. No user’s audio or video information is ever shared, sold, or even collected in the first place. We will ask for your permission explicitly to track the HEPA bag usage data so we can automatically ship refills before they run out. (privacy policy)

Currently, Matic is only available to ship within the United States. While Matic is compatible with dual voltage, we’re still working through the necessary compliance and approvals required for other regions. Unfortunately, we don’t have a confirmed timeline just yet, but expanding globally is definitely part of our plan.
