Matic Warranty (USA)

Matic Robots, Inc. (“Matic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to producing products that are durable and of high quality. Matic offers multiple warranty options depending on the package you’ve selected in connection with your purchase. For a list of the warranties offered by Matic and the warranty period applicable to products identified below as a “Covered Product” (“Warranty Period”), please refer to the Warranty Duration Table below. 

Subject to the conditions and restrictions described in this Matic Limited Matic Warranty (USA) (“Limited Matic Warranty”), we warrant to you, the original purchaser of a Covered Product (or, for a gifted Covered Product, the original possessor of that Covered Product), that the Covered Product shall be free of defects in both construction materials and workmanship for the applicable Warranty Period specified below.

Matic’s sole obligations under this Limited Matic Warranty are as specified in the What are your remedies under this Limited Matic Warranty? section below.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
