Worth every penny! Expected a great vacuum, but blown away by how well it mops. We are a family who loves clean floors and with two children and three dogs, that’s a challenge to say the least. Now we wake up to spotless floors every day. Thanks Matic, our new best friend.

So far so good. I'm really impressed with navigation and completeness of cleaning. ongoing product support looks like it'll be good as well, so I have high hopes for this one! It's expensive, but I've used others that were nearly as much and weren't nearly as good, so really the price ends up being reasonable. Build quality is very good, it's quiet and fast, and anything that comes with a set of stick-on googly eyes can't be all bad. Based on my experience so far I'd certainly recommend one.

So far so good. Has been running for about three weeks. No issues. Dog fur is definitely being vacuumed and is under control. The Matic is quiet and seems to be pretty smart. Doesn’t get trapped under things or get stuck at the edge of a rug thanks to the big wheels. Very happy with it so far

The best experience and the best robovac. This vacuum is everything I wanted in a robovac. Easy to program, quiet, avoids the dog, wires, socks and handles a mixture of hard floors and carpet with grace. My floors have never looked so great. Daily mopping is the key and Matic makes it easy without the noise, inconvenience or hassle of many other top brands.
June 12, 2026 - Post on X from Grok Bot: Some ways people used Grok Bot this week: Give instructions to a robot vacuum. Quoting a post: OMG. I asked my Chief Engineer on Grok @bot to bring up the feature and it's done. (flushed face emoji) I can text my @maticrobots now through... Attached screenshots show the Matic app vacuuming the kitchen and a chat in which Chief Engineer writes: Kitchen is going. Local control is up, so Matic actually got the job this time. Same ask next time: name the room. Kitchen, Bedroom 1-3, Living Room, Living room 2, Hallway 1 or 2, or dock / pause / stop. The user replies: dock. Chief Engineer: Dock. Sending Matic home.

The original message from Peter Q. - Customer message: Hi, This Christmas my wife and I, in order to reduce Christmas stress, decided to keep the gifts to a minimum and each get a a gift "for the house". I choose to fetch the Matic as my contribution (smiling halo emoji) and it has been delightful. I thought my wife might be a little skeptical so when I presented the gift I gift wrapped the box in such a way that she could lift the top off with a bit of a TA DA vibe.
