During every mopping session, Matic applies clean water to the mop roll while the mop wringer squeezes dirty water into Matic’s HEPA bag, where antimicrobial powder helps gel liquids and prevent odors. After each clean, the mop roll is left only lightly damp.

Absolutely. Matic works seamlessly with both iPhone (iOS 17.2 or above) and Android (Android 14 and above) smartphones. Just download the Matic app from the App Store or Google Play and you’ll be ready to start cleaning.

With Matic, your audio and video data never leaves your home. Matic's intelligence is localized on the device, and it never sends any of your data to the cloud for processing. No user’s audio or video information is ever shared, sold, or even collected in the first place. We will ask for your permission explicitly to track the HEPA bag usage data so we can automatically ship refills before they run out. (privacy policy)

Standard Warranty - Matic is designed to clean your floors daily – and designed to last. We stand behind our product with a 1-year limited warranty, meaning if your Matic has any problems, our team will repair or replace your Matic as long as you purchased directly through Matic (terms apply).

Currently, Matic is only available to ship within the United States. While Matic is compatible with dual voltage, we’re still working through the necessary compliance and approvals required for other regions. Unfortunately, we don’t have a confirmed timeline just yet, but expanding globally is definitely part of our plan.
